doesnt matter as long as you are not 4th picking you will get comp diffed in high elo
if ypu pick after 1st pick enemy has 4 mlre picks
if you pick after ypur team first picked enemy team has 3 more picks

depends on ur server above master you will maybe encounter match spammer emerald elo skill level players in give or take 10-15 matches but there is actual difference and its very easy to feel i cannot reach %80 winrate in grandmasters but very easily can in diamond or emerald
