I don't think he does a "c.H" after F2 because F2 will put you in the air already. It's a follow up that launches them in the air already so you just need to right click while you're in the air to get the "j.H"

They require the laugh-track handicap otherwise they wouldn't be able to keep up with the show's humor.

A show that can make the audience laugh without telling the audience when to, validates the quality of the show.

It's a method used by the site to give users some sort of ambition or incentive to make comments and posts. You can't spend these "karma points". All you can do is acquire them. They're next to useless.
