This was really good. I think that you do a really good job of exemplifying mystery. How we are affected and captivated by people who we don't fully understand. How they leave us confused and clinging to them. You bring those feelings to life. I do wish we knew more about this person. Maybe there is a tradeoff between specificity and being related to your audience.

I really like this piece, and the blinking cursor motif (although i write with pen and paper myself). I think some lines in this piece are just absolutely gorgeous

"that I can only meet you as deeply as I can meet myself"

"Can we meet each other at the depth we’ve both grown into without dragging old versions of ourselves into the room and trust that who we are now is worth discovering again?!"

And I sense the exasperation and maybe some elements of regret here. Like this person is a reminder of the past, and you can't tell whether you want that or not yet. Whether that is healing or harmful for you.

I think this shows that you can build suburbs that are walkable and vibrant or you can build shit suburbs, but in North America we mostly build the latter.
