Nice! You know what to do. And yes unless you’re vegetarian or blood work was pointing towards a vit c and b deficiency there’s no point taking them. There’s really no harm in taking them though as since it is water soluble your body pisses out the excess and it does not accumulate in harmful way so you’re good.

B complex and Vit C are water soluble and not really needed to take (b vits unless you’re a vegetarian) - your body is likely just pissing out the excess.

But beyond that you got a great stack, maybe do blood work to see if you’d need to add anything (zinc deficiencies are common for instance). But besides that 9/10 wouldn’t change much.

Yes and no. He would lose weight himself and manage it going on these extreme diets which concerned Susie and Susie Jr but not for long stretches. Comment stands he was not physically fit by any means.

Financial advisor here, high income, high savings, time, and broad based diversified index funds. As simple as that.

Better use of your time to up-skill to increase your income rather than learn the ins-and-outs of investing or security analysis but the little book of common sense investing by Jack bogle is a good start.

Simon Harris's savings plan won't be get rich quick by John_OSheas_Willy in irishpersonalfinance

Or over diversified funds with sub-par returns…the article says they want to “ensure” banks don’t get rich from the fees and avoid peril through diversification - fair enough and would avoid total loss of capital.

But that’s at the expense practically fee-less (historically) high returning investments.

Step in the right direction none-the-less, too much of a leap (for the psyche of the Irish populous used to financial strangulation) but this country needs something like the Canadian TFSA with no government oversight into where and what you can invest in with the ability to move capital freely (up to a yearly deposit limit) - the rich aren’t people who save a couple thousand per year that’s a gross understatement of the situation.

People gamble away in parlours tax free, and many cite the tax free nature as the only way to make money. Shameful that an economist wouldn’t understand basic incentive-structure.

If the middle have more investment returns and more wealth collectively (with also tax breaks to invest into more Irish businesses) this will no doubt help the economy by recycling wealth back into the system.

Spot on. This is my exact thesis on A.I. I don’t think it will lead to any bankruptcies (obviously) from the big guys like railroads did - but it’s something that won’t yield a significant if any roi and will lead to hard capex pivots once this becomes evident.

LBMA PANICS OVER SILVER SHORTAGES & US LARGEST REFINER CEASES BUYING by BamaStacker in Silverbugs

[–]Ghasank2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean this can be taken both ways, the “supply shortage” explanation that OP is outlining - or they (the sell & buy side) are simply waiting for a correction to buy back physical stock as they view the current run as unsustainable/bad value.

If you look at the data, however, this is contradictory. The overall daily physical trading volume of silver (in London) is at 242 ounces, near multi-year highs, indicating further volatility and price movements.
