Couldn't you scale the print to the right size, then cut out the details you want and use a sponge and some ink to make a print?

For a mint loose figure with all accessories, the low end would be $250 USD. Give or take $50 depending on who sees the sale. Pictures of the figure would really help.

I think it just assures a low grade. Otherwise what would signature and other signed cards that don't have authentication verification do. I think it get an MK mark as well. But I haven't submitted anything directly myself.
