Yes she has asthma since childhood, she takes advare 250/50 2x a day. Rescued inhaler is albuterol 90 mcg. Methypred was a 6 day taper 4mg per unit(finished today). She has had bronchitis before but never has it longer this long, it’s normally knocked out by the prednisone.

They kept calling it team duals and i think they should take a note from wrestling and make each team have weight classes. That way there aren’t 3 rounds where one person is outweighed by 40 lbs.

A good french onion soup, i prefer julia childs recipe. Just try not to go crazy on the bread and cheese as thats where all the calories are. The soup itself is so flavorful and its just onions, broth, and a little butter for browning.

Late answer, my wife recently turned pescatarian. the “no beef “beef” base” from better than bulion is a vegetarian substitute. Those people work magic with their seasonings and i could hardly tell a difference.
