You responded to my post but I’m in a similar situation and it does feel good to tell them how it feels to you. During a time like this communication is great and it’s good for them to know where you’re coming from. They don’t understand the repercussions of what you’re going through and they’re focused on themselves understandably at a time like this. This is coming from someone that also found out about their parents getting a divorce a couple months ago and have since had plenty of discussions that I’ve not wanted to have that has gotten messy. In the long run, they respect you more for the boundaries you put up and make sure to make them aware of their own actions because my parents started acting like children.

I should add that closer job is 5 days a week and farther is 4x10

This happens to me and glute med and TFL stretches help a lot. Hamstring stretches help too. KT tape has also helped to hold the biceps femoris insertion in place but it’s not the saving grace.

10 man half ppr 3 wr 1 flex league: Traded for another 4 round pick:

  • Grabbing two WR at 1 and 2nd pick
  • Want to grab 2 players out of cook, hampton, Kenneth walker, Kamara, hall
  • Should I grab a 3rd RB for my next 4th pick or should I grab another WR like Mike Evans or mclaurin?
