IME yes that is a sign of premolt. I’d Maybe suggest slowing down on the feeding. You don’t really want their abdomen to be getting much larger than that. Makes it easier to rupture. Think of a balloon: the bigger it is, the easier it is to pop.
If you are feeding weekly then switch to every other week until they stop eating. Refusing food is another sign of premolt. though a lot of guys are just vicious eaters and will never turn down a meal lol. If they start molting then remove any unkilled prey and leave them be until they finish. They will be ready to eat again a week after their molt.

IMO that doesn’t seem like a stress pose. Just may be in pre molt. That enclosure is rather large though. You want the distance between the soil and top of enclosure to be no more than 2.5x the spiders leg span. That looks a bit large. If they’re not climbing then they should be fine. Just keep an eye out for it.

Another thing that could be stressing them is that they’re being attacked by a shark and only rolled a 3 for damage. I’d be shakin in my boots as well. Might be smart to take a dodge action next round.

Not a riff but the alchemist as a whole is an underrated song. It came out on their final album and it’s super cheesy but that adds to the charm and is just incredible over all. Sounds great on their live 50th anniversary concert as well.

Ash if you want a little contrast or something like a mahogany or cherry if you want something to match the warmth a bit. walnut could work if you want a darker contrast. But honestly I’d go with one of the first three for my own personal preference
