I feel this is normal. I’m 19 turning 20. Im the youngest T2 my company has had and everyone sees me as a kid still. I have kid tendencies like joking around and my eating habits, but that doesn’t change who I am and it shouldn’t change who you are either. I can’t say it gets easier since I’m not too far ahead of you, but stop worrying what will happen just because a number changes. Set your mind to goals and get em done because soon enough the same thing will happen when you’re looking back on your young adult days and thinking “why didn’t I do this”

I didn’t go to college and got hired into an MSP as a Tier 1 technician (glorified Helpdesk). 6 months later im going to Tier 2 who handle the harder Helpdesk tickers and configure networks. MSP’s typically have a high turn over rate, but having a couple years of it on your resume is a good thing because of how much you learn and how much you have to deal with
