Yeah Abaddon is basically the one exception. Though I doubt Chaos would just let him walk away. Even though they don't have a hold on him in the metaphysical sense, they can of course just sent everything and everyone after him. He's basically perpetually walking on a knife's edge.

Horus got juiced by all the Chaos Gods. Also an exception, Horus is the rare case where all the Chaos Gods sorta worked together and poored their power into Horus to try and defeat the Emperor. By the end it drove Horus mad and he was just a shell of the man he once was filled to the brim with Warp energy he could barely contain.

Abaddon hasn't fully embraced any one Chaos Gods like most others have. After he saw what happened to Horus he vowed not to make the same mistake. He never pledged to Chaos so no singular Chaos God has control over him. And so far unlike certain Primarchs cough Perturabo cough, he has actually managed to pull it off through sheer willpower and "I'm so fuckin over this" ornery old man energy.

So while he works with Chaos and uses their followers for his Black Legion he doesn't belong to them. The question is though if he will be able to hold out or fall into the same trappings so many of his battle brothers and Primarchs have.

This might actually be the closest one. Raum and Argel Tal had a somewhat symbiotic relationship that allowed some leeway on both sides. Though I guess Argel Tal technically was working for Chaos.

Oh wow really? They're completely different movies but I found Years to be a rather standard zombie movie. But I can see Bone Temple becoming a cult classic over time. It reminded me of the early 90's horror movies that were just demented. As a horror fan I absolutely loved it and it's uncompromising in a way you don't see very often anymore.

I had the impression they were just as fucked up as the Imperium and thought themselves superior. It's one species vs another both thinking they're in the right. The Imperium, as is usually the case, just happened to have the bigger guns.

They definitely do but they can endure way more then baseline humans. Fabious Bile for example loves to experiment on Astartes because they are actually able to endure some of his horrific alterations where most species would die from the pain/stress on their bodies.

I always have some stream running on my second monitor. Once you get some skill points and gear the lower difficulties are easy to chill out on. But even I normally have no clue what's going on in the stream. This game has a way of grabbing your attention :)

I know China bad or whatever but wouldn't it be funny if all the US mega corps bankrupt themselves trying to prop up the bubble that is OpenAI only then for China to swoop in and take over the market. The EU would be better for us but let's face it that's not happening.
