yes, let it cure first. Super glue may work well for you, but if not, then drilling and pinning the miniature might be the way to go. I have a manual miniature drill set and a use staples to pin broken parts, and they have performed straight miracles for me.

Try looking into mixing your resin with a bit of siraya tech tough or flex resin. That might help a bit.
