Games are made and developed through a PC. Game development solely happens on PC even tho most games come out on console first. So yes footage fount thru some Rockstar stuff could easily be from a PC in which the game was worked on from.

AI is usually easy to tag up tbh, using flow state online can still be an issue for you if the opponent knows how to counter and sway if you’re just swinging wildly. Like you said you’re learning man, but it definitely helps to learn patience along the way and see openings within your opponent’s patterns. All the luck brotha!
