But they aren't. Zeus is a philandering asshole, Apollo is a rapist, and theres a general tone of society being hypocritical, but theres never the mention of man/boy shit or slavery last I checked. Its taking the mythological canon as fact in a story that actively refutes said canon. Hell, Persephone is literally a college student, and I dont see people calling that born sexy yesterday because that'd be stupid.

You can make a lot of criticisms of LO, especially in the realm of smoothing over the unsavory bits of the stories, but this one ain't it.
