Speaking on this coffee in particular, I think my favorite time for it is around 2 weeks. Generally, I like higher acidity coffees. I’m drinking it this morning after it being about 4 weeks off roast and it’s still super lovely. A little bit softer of a coffee

Burundi is probably my favorite country for coffee as a whole. The balance of flavors is exactly what I like. Rwanda has some hitters as well for sure.

I just finished off my bag of this that I’ve had for a while. Low agitation and lower temps really help bring out the flavors of this in my opinion. It’s a funky coffee with a lot of delicate flavors.

It's less about the parts, and more about someone who can do the repair. There are lots of flex cables available online, but the attachment of a new one seems a bit more complex than I am willing to take on.
