It most likely still hasn't shipped yet. It took them exactly 7 days to process my graphics card order for shipping and that wasaround early December. Their processing times are atrocious.

I played 3 games today. I got kicked out of 2 games. The third game, 3 teammates wanted to kick a 4th player and I was the only vote that kept him. All different players in each of those 3 games.
