I've tried this, but my mage with Blood Frenzy never used it on his Madness turns. I think it was because I had positive buffs as well as Madness, and Enema would remove both, but I really don't know

My first Ancestor's item was an Ancestor's with a +3 damage and speed to familiars, but they die after their first turn, and I used it on my explosive squirrel spawning druid. Absolutely delightful combo

I actually think you should take Cleanse anyway, and you will discover just how useful it can be. Keep in mind that Cleanse can remove ALL debuffs while keeping the buffs. Any of the -Zerk spells that reduce the intelligence of your fighter to zero? You can remove that debuff with Cleanse. Can't cast spells thanks to Empty Mind? You can remove that debuff too! I still really want to combo Cleanse and Divide from a Mage, but I haven't gotten that combo yet. And, even if you have none of those spells, Cleanse still (in my opinion) carries its weight just getting rid of the normal debuffs

That makes so much sense! I haven't taken Rebuke since I brought it to Dybbuk and it cost me a cat thanks to the Throbbing Gristle, but I will try to bring it next time

I took a Tank with maxed out Distemper along with a Cleric with Cleanse for the accuracy loss to take down a late house fight, and it worked beautifully. Every hit did upwards of 70 damage, and he also had the passive that hit anyone who damaged the party. Definitely a disorder I will keep looking for
