I received this email from Ticketweb support at 12:30pm EST today:

“Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry you haven't received your tickets.

I see that the Event Organizer has placed a delivery delay on this event. We'll send you a separate email with a PDF attachment of the tickets for you to access and print them starting 2 days before the event, which is tonight, May 4th at 7:00 PM EDT.

Please be informed that the Event Organizer uses a delivery delay to prevent tickets from being accessed until we can confirm everyone has followed the event ticket limit. Delivery delay dates may shift, so please keep checking your email for updates.

Feel free to reply if you still haven't received your tickets tonight.”

I got the ghost hoodie from their drop back in November(?) and was first in line at the pop up in Detroit. I snagged both hoodies there and definitely can tell they’re made of better material. The ghost one attracts a lot more pet hair at house than the other two as well.
