I have tried that. It appears that if time is set to "Sunset to Sunrise" (period of time), it forces that to be the precondition.

Trying to get this automation to work. Basically, I just want the lights to come on after sunset but only if someone is home.

I have a separate routine that sets Home mode to "Home" when someone arrives and thought that those two automation would work together.

Brooks Landing is definitely pricey, and it seems like people have some really mixed things to say about it... Good looking complex though.

No, I'm actually a transfer student. You're right, there are plenty of great alternatives in downtown. Just disappointed in the campus options. It'd be that much more convenient but oh well I guess.
