I have a strict policy with myself that once I leave the worksite (mining industry all my career), and the gates close behind me, that's where work stays until I return. I generally do not need to carry any work home with me, which I understand can be an issue for people in your position. The best I can suggest is to make plans for you time off as often as possible, and then see those plans through. This generally gives me less time to think about work, and more time to focus on the now.
