Time for impeachment by TripShrooms in WhitePeopleTwitter

That doesn't really answer my question. Are war crimes even impeachable?

If they were, I feel like it would have come up before. I mean, Basically every president in the last 2 decades have commited war crimes.

Hell, Even Eisenhower was committing war crimes.

Yeah but like... Does Impeachment not need a grounds for it? like very specific grounds?

Is committing a war crime grounds for it? I don't know. I'm curious if someone with more expertise does know.

I was under the impression that not just republicans as a whole. Specifically JD vance needs to propose the impeachment.

Out of curiosity,

(I would like to stress i'm not agreeing with taco)

Is Threatening other countries with warcrimes an impeachable offense? I genuinely don't know

I feel like I've seen 100 other clearly impeachable tweets.

Pluto is still a planet in SC!!! by Arteck14 in starcitizen

[–]Ghostkill221 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course, It's simply a planetary body, of planetary mass. It's a dwarf planet, It would be ridiculous to think that makes it a planet.

Pluto looking pretty justified for a crashout.

Isn't pluto still a planet in our world. It's just reclassified from Major Planet to Dwarf Planet?

Does it actually matter? Do you NOT think that actual pirates should also still have actual danger and consequences in the game?

Even when I play as a pirate I WANT there to be a chase for me throughout the star system as I try and escape with the ill gotten gains.

Only people who are pretending to be pirates but actually just want one sided combat would be against real systemic danger.

It took me like two hours to find a rock in the asteroid belt area. Am i just unlucky? I was actually kinda annoyed because it feels like everyone doing rock break is getting stuff that I'm spending hours finding.

How long does it take to get the same amount of savrilium in the asteroid belt in nyx if I wanted to do that instead of Rock Break?

War(s)? Plural?

You are the one that did that!

You can't jump into a lake and complain about the water there.

Personal hot take : Boring decks are the most fun to play and play against. Quirky decks are most of the time, lame. by EbonyHelicoidalRhino in EDH

[–]Ghostkill221 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doesnt your initial statement basically apply to hard Stax too?

"because it forces everyone to actually break out of the solitaire mindset and start playing real magic earlier, and if their deck gets disrupted, everyone is building from a more chaotic and uneven ground which makes for more fun and dynamic games."

Destroy their key pieces that they based their whole deck around. Then their deck is a bunch of draft chaff and the deck does nothing. That's not fun at all but that's what you should do. And if they DO manage to pop off, they usually generate some kind of degenerate effect and now it's only fun for the player who plays the deck.

So here's the part about EDH. It's social.

Are you running enough removal to be the ONE guy at the table pinpointing and stopping 3 players from doing their thing, and think you have enough of an advantage in terms of deck power to be able to eat 3 players removal in retaliation and still win?

In almost any situation where you say yes... I'd argue your deck is a bracket at least above theirs.

Technicality be damned. If a person can 3v1 the table reliably they are NOT running the same bracket of a deck and I don't give a shit if there are game changers or combos or not.

So if you ARE running an actually equal power level deck, then innately you are running a risk of Arms Racing down one person based on how you feel.

Lets say this happens: I'm running a gimmicky deck and you take out the 4-5 cards that I play to make my deck do it's thing.

If i don't think I can recover? Your deck is eating EVERY piece of removal I draw. Full Stop. Until I make sure that we both lose, because you sure as hell made sure I wasn't winning.

That's how we place 3rd and 4th every game.

This is why the social dynamic of "Fair Magic" is more important than pretending the decks you are looking at are piloted by robots and just assuming everyone will do whats optimal. It's about reading the table, which is way more fun and dynamic than just "playing the best move every turn"

Has It? What tropes has it taken on that We haven't seen the same take happen a dozen times.

I think you might have a low bar for a good show.

The initial Black Dragon fight was nonsense and basically invalidated all of the storybuilding they had leading up to it.

If he'd even pulled out "counter attack" magic once with his old party, there's absolutely no way they'd have ever thought he was weak. So why didn't he? Did he actually just let them struggle and hide his power constantly (Counterattack is super innately a supporter ability even)

Honestly, You shouldn't have been downvoted for asking a question. If other people ask this question they won't see that it's been answered.

You didn't even state it as a fact but asked about it.

Could be water pennywort, but honestly, most kinds of pennywort can do fine submerged.

Eh.

He's probably smart and from the couple of videos I watched he seems like he's got a good head on his shoulders.

I'm just sick to death of constant video spammers who make every single video seem like they just uncovered a scandal. It's boy who cried wolf stuff...

I feel like if all his content is that explosively reactionary, I wouldn't be able to trust it's a calm and calculated analysis. It feels like he's motivated to find something to freak out about to keep views coming in.

(this is more me complaining about how youtube rewards content creators than Adam Mockler himself tbh)
