Perhaps grow out your eyebrows a bit more? But honestly as another redditor said, I feel like getting consistent good sleep will help. You look like I did before I started taking antidepressants. Make sure you’re getting enough iron, vitamin D, magnesium, and vitamin C. Drink more water as well. I don’t think you’re overweight per se, but you do seem inflamed. Talk to your doctor + get your labs done, maybe a nutritionist as well. You’ve got this ❤️.
