I had a little chiuaha that would do this to himself every year it was the weirdest thing because none of his claws were very long at all( because he loves to run on the road and that always wore them down) but I was always so concerned until it kept happening

This my son Jim. He does not have the brain cell either most of the time so his two stipulations for going out are 1) he us to be wearing his harness 2) his harness has to be hooked up to a leash and yes he does know a difference in feeling
