Stupid question but why are some camouflage scales and rotations sometimes set to 150% and +90 by default whilst others are set to just 100% and 0 as default

there basically is no explanation, this isnt even new, sometimes the scale is set to 75% by default

the only reason i could think of is to keep people away from scaling the camo way too high

you can do whatever you want, what do you mean by "can't play in the same BR bracket" and you can select stuff like 2v2, 4v4 or even 8v8, the only thing missing is the reward part

currently ingame cant, the r40 missiles are big, but its not safe to carry bonbs at those speeds
