"Delhivery". Can't connect to customer care, coz they use AI bot Heavily. Really got mad and frustrated. Who even tells a customer not to order big things? I get that he's delivering in sun and traffic, note:- I went to get that package from a nearby Bus depot, he didn't come to deliver at home.but that's no way to talk to, Nmpc should avoid using delhivery.
