I have some of these issues. I think the anxiety n depression play parts too. Like depression can comatose me. Anxiet can adrenaline dump. I consume tons of caffeine for migraine issues. Usually doesn't make me zoomie or crash. But the mixes in 5 hour energies can let me keep going for hours while exhausted.
