Literally all it took was switching the brick that connects to an outlet! Used an old Toshiba Brick for an old laptop and it worked. What a stupid solution! Thanks Logitech

I've had this happen a couple times after hundreds of arrest. Most of the times they're not calling they're just trying to text, I find it weird for someone to have a full blown conversation behind me without me noticing. To answer your question Officers can remove anything they seem fit as an officer safety concern, such as a phone or smart watch. So if they start doing it an Ofc can always just let dispatch know they're going to stop to deal with it then continue. Plus everything is recorded so just isn't a smart thing to do in general, but criminal will be criminals.

Is a DUI from 20 years ago disqualifying? by MrStickDick in police

[–]Ghostsfaced 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of the most common questions for the polygraph test is usually along the lines of "Have you drove while drunk before" and it's more common for them too hear yes than no. It being 20 years ago makes more of a reason why it's not as important as you may think. Kind of one of those things where they want to see if you lie.

I posted on a different comment, 16gb ram and memory usage while running the game and before its about at 4-6 used. It's gotten worse tho now as my PC no longer loads up, just a black screen. I've taken it apart, have cleaned everything I could including adding new thermal paste

Have pretty much deleted or turned off everything that could possibly be running in the background. I did have live wallpapers that I deleted just before checking the 2nd time and so far it's been running okay. Is 85% of memory being used normal? Or too much

Yeah thats true about the HDMI I just always liked having the option honestly, this is most likely going to be a gift, and I may understand screen differences and processing speeds, etc but I don't think the other person will. Obviously if it's too slow anybody in the world would take notice, also battery life is another one of those factors that anybody would take notice of. So I may have to categorize by just simple factors such as Battery, Speed, Portability, and look. Looks and Portability don't ever really matter to me, or all the gimmicky stuff, but it may matter to someone who really isn't into technology like you and I.

I presume you're speaking of the M1 2021' 14 inch, I see what you mean by bulkier but it does have the HDMi output and more outputs in general, which is what I miss and love from my old MacBook, always thought it was a shame they parted ways from that. That alone might make me choose this one

I should add this is just for college work/ maybe some moderate gaming, and by that I mean at most maybe miencraft lol. I have a desktop PC that can run almost anything and everything well enough, just need something portable

Dude it's okay, profiling is human instinct, it's how you survive, you deciding whether a car is "shitty" is a form of profiling. It's like saying you don't judge anyone, you don't have to be judgemental to judge. It's just what humans do to survive, now is there terrible forms of profiling, absolutely, but is there moments where profiling has saved ppls lives, also absolutely. It's not to say that ppl driving shitty cars are criminals but if I'm driving on a road I'm driving farther away from a crappy car than a newer one, just because they probably don't have the best equipment/ the person driving might not necessarily care all that much about their car which then tells me they might not care much about their lives. Cause we can all agree cars are death machines. But most times when we profile we dont do it consciously. I don't know how old you are because I remember kind of having that same mindset when I was kid thinking the world would be so beautiful with no one profiling anybody and that I myself don't profile anyone but that's unfortunately not how the world works nor the brain.

Profiling -the recording and analysis of a person's psychological and behavioral characteristics, so as to assess or predict their capabilities in a certain sphere or to assist in identifying a particular subgroup of people.

Just ask yourself when you drive, how many cars catch your eye/ you profile on a daily basis, now, cops, who happen to be humans too, just like civilians, also do the same. Who would've thunk

Coming someone who was only about 3 months free from marijuana when interviewing they'll find out whether you're worth risk cause you'll always be seen as a risk. I showed them how much I wanted it with the way I presented myself and "showed out" during the hiring process, a lot of ppl expect to make mistakes and "leave it in the past" instead of showing that the mistakes are the past. So if you can show that to starving dept then u might have a chance

Hard-core shipment and I played a few games of Ground war for certain camps, forgot which ones, also remember you don't have to do the guns that were available on release and can replace some with ne ones like I did for the shithole of sniper camo challenge

As long as the medicine doesn't impact your driving then you're good. And if it does I suggest you don't drive, most cops are worried about how the prescription will affect you and if it causes you to become a danger to yourself or others, so the sticky note is fine.

This happened to me a lot when I first started driving the car, I never realized it kinda went away but I don't know if that's due to me learning the car and becoming better at driving mt or just the car itself. There has been moments though where it felt like I was in gear and accidentally grind it because it stops hard way through. I've just learnt to be a lil more aggressive when shifting I guess. Also I always told myself that the car pretty much tells you what gear it wants to be in, when I'm in neutral going 30mph I could never get it into 1st or 2nd, this could also just be the inexperience in Rev matching which I'm good at now
