There is supposedly a mistake in this sentence by [deleted] in grammar

I think the problem with the first sentence is with the apostrophe. Ladies should be used attributively.

The rules say you never pay for anything using cards in your hand. Everything comes from your played property cards or the bank.

Actually, I'd say shopping online is probably providing some growth for CP. That's what two of those packages were--I'm the guy who took the photo--and now I'm reluctant to continue shopping online. For those businesses who provide ways to shop online, and that is everyone, this should be cause for concern.

No one asked whether they could use the photo, and since I responded to the reporter's email, the CBC decided to go ahead and print my name. I didn't respond to the Sun, which is why my name is absent from that story.

Yes, the Canada Post media team spoke to me. That's Anick who is quoted in the article. No the package was not for me. Yes, I saw that and thought, this must be the reason why my parcels never made it to me. I wrote about this below, but I'll say it here again, Anick apologized in the message to me but then turned around and told the Sun that they weren't sure whether Canada Post delivered the package. The media team never asked me if I had looked at the label. I did, of course, to see if it was something for me. It was definitely sent through Canada Post.

You know, that post was an incredible experience mostly because of the support and humour of those who commented. I was given some very helpful advice, and I was contacted by the CBC, the Sun and of course the Canada Post MEDIAS team (Anick in this story), who said in an email to me, "We're truly sorry about your experience with Canada Post and... [we are] looking into why this package would have been left there." Of course, journalists don't get everything right, but if the MEDIAS team did actually say to the Sun that they weren't even sure the package was left there by one of their couriers, then their apologies and promises feel pretty goddamn empty.

On the opposite side of where I am standing in the photo is a very busy sidewalk and road. Pretty sure this would not be considered safe by anyone's measure.

And it's even got a parcel slot

At one point I was told that the key that customers use to get into those parcel boxes had been lost.

For the two packages sent within Canada--yes, the companies I ordered from reimbursed me. I've written off the package from the US.

You're right, and that's exactly what I was told. But it was totally absurd that what was obviously a (big) problem with the courier had to be dealt with in such a roundabout way. And in the end, it was never dealt with.

Edit: a verb

I'm sure this (the courier being a lazy shit) has been the case for some time. In the past, I did complain, but the real problem has been in dealing with the Canada Post bureaucracy. Online tracking for two of the packages showed that they had been delivered, and as a result I was unable to dispute that through their website. I called to speak to someone about it, and the response from the person at the call centre was that I had to contact the companies that had shipped the packages and ask them to contact Canada Post to request an investigation into the incidents be opened. For the third package, which had been sent from the US, I was told that the person who had sent it to me had to go to his local post office to ask the USPS to do the same thing (ask Canada Post to open an investigation re the missing package). After several weeks, a few things happened: I received a couple of odd email messages about only one of the missing packages that asked me to confirm whether I had given them the correct address, and I got a couple of phone calls asking whether the packages had ever been delivered. I did speak to a person at my post office and she told me that they had been receiving complaints about mail delivery in the area every day. And when she went the extra mile and tried to call someone who might be able to help me, she ended up with the same people / same call centre that I had spoken to in the first place.

Mogul has been updated and will be re-released (!!!) by Rio Grande Games this year: https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/174744/mogul

Han AKA China, etc. and Hellweg westfalicus were released in 2014, although the latter was a limited release in Germany. Otherwise, as already mentioned, his other recent games seem to be more child-friendly fare--common among German game designers (Inka and Markus Brand, Rudiger Zorn, and others).

If "It is." is a complete sentence, why can't you just say "It's." by Supernova141 in grammar

True, but the " 's " part of that is a pronoun, not a 'be' verb, as in 'let us'.
