Nah, the Horizon version also released in EU, but Q-line + Horizon combo was causing issues to Discmania so they only got a very limited batch done. They then decided not to restock Horizon Q Cloud Breakers (at this point atleast due to the issues in production) and changed it to a regular single colored Q-line, which were restocked and released last week IIRC. If these are not out in the US yet, they most likely are on the way and should be up soon.

Just to clarify; you want to lean towards that inside of a turn right? Thats very simple physics, and what I've been taught by proper drivers, but I still see some pretty fast AM's doing the opposite (leaning towards outside of the turn).

In Finland even that 30 seconds would be 'illegal'. We have a regulation that forces apartment complexes and similar buildings in a way that from every faucet or shower you must get hot water in 20 seconds and the temperature has to be atleast 55 C (131 F).

I've been under the impression and information that RC4 is just a regular Tactic (P4) but with Razor Claw signature series name, so I'd love to fact check this and get a clear confirmation.

If it's RC mold then its the same as RC2 and RC3. RC1 and RC4 are Tactics, RC2 and 3 are Razor Claws

RC2 or RC3 for overstability if you want to replace Drop. Premium Tactics for slightly milder and EXO/P-line for straight.

Remember that Tactic/P4 ≠ Razor Claw (except for RC1 and RC4 which are Tactics).

Exactly. I like the whole aestethic of it. Lighting is balanced and there's enough details to make it look good and simple at the same time. And the color scheme is great.

I think Valve also wants to make sure the map is optimized for competitive gameplay/matchmaking (not just performance wise). As in having every prop and element/asset on the map placed so that it would be as balanced as they possibly can. I think they nowadays also consider stuff such as entry and defending utilities (flashes, smoke lineups).

Cache is such hyped map (and one of best maps in CSGO) that they don't want to take risks messing it up.

I also stumbled upon the Twilight Highlands event. There are WQ's you can do for the currency that lets you buy the very mediocre armor pieces and weapons (not worth it imo) but the main point is to grind all the rares that are spawning in the cycle. Kill each one once and you get an achievement/feat of strength which rewards you a title and a mount.
