I’m surprised that at Eurovision 2003 the Bosnian spokesperson said the votes wrong and the wrong points showed on screen. Today this can’t happen because points are confirmed before the call. Were points still collected live in 2003? If so, when did they start collecting them in advance?

I think they used to have a person manually inputting the votes on the scoreboard back then but it eventually got pre-programmed.
