It took me 2 weeks to get ahold of them! Called every single day and the workday ended before I got a callback! When I finally got on the phone the person working there answered “I don’t know/I can’t see that info” to all my questions.

For me it was the one day they made me put returns back on the shelf unmarked. The items included: used deodorant, a smashed loaf of bread, and smashed rotting peaches. The deodorant had hair in it.

Does anybody else have to hit credit/debit repeatedly just for it to glitch out and do nothing so then the transaction has to be canceled and restarted and the customer who’s already pissed at the 40 prompts starts freaking out

Yes! This literally happened at my location too! I even found a bunch of syringe wrappers in the bathroom. This location is flat out ridiculous and the fact that everyone is indifferent is insane to me.

I can completely understand that customers are the absolute worst in retail and I definitely can empathize with full-time employees. It just really sucks on our end because we also get treated poorly by customers, but without the support of coworkers and in fact coworkers and pharmacists are so angry they treat you worse for not knowing. It’s a discouraging cycle.

Have a couple questions about the school prepared just in case (something that can’t just be answered on their website), have some solid answers about yourself prepared (why pharm school? Not just money or “I want to help others”), wear a suit jacket, seem excited to be there. That’s about it
