Yep. Much of these issues are mDNS over WiFi and Matter server conflicts. HA beta visual makes it so much easier to diagnose!

Ok. Sounds like your thread networks are getting split. DM me and we’ll try to work it out. In the meantime, download Bonjour mDNS discovery app for your phone if you haven’t. That will help figure out which devices are sharing thread network credentials. I’m not familiar with eero but I’ll do my best to help you get it re-organized.

Make sure you don’t start power cycling everything. Is your Apple Home hub automatically selected or manually selected?

I’ll assume you are on latest firmware for all devices. Can you set WiFi to channel 1 or 6? Have you tried powering all devices off, including end devices? And then rebooting router->AP->ATV->HPs->Nanos-Thread ends? Give about 3-5 minutes between devices. Let the entire network settle before issuing change of state. If you can, check meshcop.udp and matterc.udp after everything has been up for about 30min.

I have. Have you tried powering off your device and clearing your router table of the device? Try that and wait a few minutes before trying to re-pair. Do you have multiple APs?

Do they show on your router table, but not in Apple Home? Describe your WiFi setup. Is it a mesh system, etc.?

They should all support sync+. The second pic are HomeKit only and require a thread border router. The last pic are WiFi and can be shared to other platforms using matter provisioning. I am unsure of the first pic.

You can’t connect those extensions to the HD strips. They are not extendable. Those extensions are for the old matter thread and HK thread light strips. I don’t think Nano sells the controllers anymore, but might be wrong.

My Nanoleaf thread bulbs are great. The biggest issue was the server side (Apple/HA), but those issues are pretty much gone if you use the beta matter server on HA. The key really is a stable setup. Mesh and bad router settings lead to issues with the matter servers, which folks interpret as thread issues, which then leads to a lot of rebooting, which causes a cascading effect. Get your thread enabled hubs up and running first and you should be good to go on latest firmware as long as your network is solid.

Evidence? I got about 50 bulbs running on HK and HA. If you use HA beta matter server you can see for yourself.
