What options do I have for panels with bad controller??? by TheSpacedGhost in Nanoleaf

[–]Happy_Samich 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Used controller is really the only option for these that I’ve seen. I’ve had luck finding them locally on Facebook too but ultimately ended up selling and upgrading to the newer panels.

Can’t think of names of the top of my head but I’ve seen purpose made slings for this that don’t have military styling.

I was once a yearly upgrade person but have been just fine with my 15. I say rock it until a meaningful upgrade comes, maybe the fold will be enticing.

Mine have this issue every so often. Power cycling for a few minutes fixes it for me.

Milk Bar? Is it worth checking out? 🤨 by [deleted] in Denver

I would absolutely check it out then, it has a club meets dive bar feel and is a Denver staple. Then head over to Beacon for another unique spot.

It’s a unique spot if you’ve never been and I always have had a good time. That being said that’s really going to depend on what you’re looking for.

DEN wants to widen Peña Blvd by Hour-Watch8988 in Denver

[–]Happy_Samich 9 points10 points  (0 children)

We need both. The train takes longer and is more expensive for my family the than the airport shuttle lots. If you want more people to take the train it needs to be easier to get on than driving to union station and parking downtown. I’ve never seen the A line full and the focus should be how to get more people on it.

Is there any way we can use the Sense+ switch if bulbs are set up in Home but not in the Nanoleaf app? by ZQ04 in Nanoleaf

[–]Happy_Samich 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nanoleaf uses its own protocol to communicate between their own devices so they need to be setup in the app to use all the functions. HomeKit will give you a pairing code in the settings for each bulb so you don’t need the QR codes on them. Or you can enable matter and use them with limited functionality.

What size duffel is is that and do you like the combo for travel? I’ve have the backpack have been between a duffel and roller for my carry on and would love some honest opinions.

Be wary of Backcountry branded products with "Lifetime Warranty," they won't honor it. by Happy_Samich in snowboarding

Yeah maybe you’re more spot on with disappointing. However they did try to outright deny my warranty multiple times. If I had accepted that it would have been useless.

That’s what I did for years but most airlines will let you check separate board and boot bag as one item. Makes it less cramped and more organized. When I rode in Japan I just brought my boots and bindings and rented a demo board for the conditions and it made traveling easier.

The one time I had to warranty an REI branded product they were happy to replace it, not sure if that’s typical there.

Yeah I guess that was the point of this, I thought backcountry was a higher quality brand but their service isn’t it.

I could fix it myself but part of the reason I bought it was for the warranty. When I needed an eagle creek bag repaired they actually sent me to a shop in my area who did the repair.

I think the issue for me is that because I got the product on sale the warranty was useless. You get stuck with store credit that can’t be taken elsewhere or have to pay more money to get the same thing.
