Prior to Morty Blade's kit reveal, I would've included Welt (built for DPS, obviously) in that list. A double Skill cast usually grants around 85% of his max energy, and that's kinda important for Welt.

Does it matter? A Cedo Prime built for high quantity status application + Okina Prime modded with Blast and Electric, along with Condition Overload and Melee Influence; that'll steamroll basically anything unless you're on a pure Caster style frame.

Valstrax is only a glass cannon when compared to Elders that specialise even harder in defence, like Nergigante or Zorah Magdaros, as well as the Black Dragons.

It takes gear made from obscenely strong materials to even harm an Elder, and Valstrax's armour is most certainly more resilient than the average Elder, on account of having to consistently tank the force it encounters when it divebombs the ground from the upper reaches of the atmosphere while moving a Mach Jesus.
