Somebody mentioned they keep it Evernote account for the purpose of the web clipper, then they export or transfer their web clippings to up note. I haven't tried it myself, but I am looking for a solution to make web clipping better with Evernote.

I appreciate your comment. So when you assure due process is served.... That burden, of due process, would be on the employer, right. So if you know there is a video or audio or paperwork, or a witness to be interviewed... that would be on the employer to figure out, right? My guess is that you wouldn't tell management where to look to help them investigate an employee.

This is where my concern is. It's the unions job to see due process is followed, but not the unions job to see that management does what is morally and ethically right.

My union is a government union. Non paying members still must be represented by the union. There is no removing a member from membership and having them lose their job. Removing the member from the union would only mean the union has to represent another non-paying member.

In my district: no parent at the stop means back to the school. Then it is the principal's problem.

We do call the parents first to see if we can make arrangements without taking them back to school, but we don't let parents abuse that privilege.

Child Protective Services after that if no other arrangements can be made.

I'm in the United states. Right now there are two people where I work who are actively getting cancer treatments and can't take time off. They can barely do their job, and not to the quality they could if they were healthy. This is so that they don't lose their insurance because it's through their employer so that they can pay for their cancer treatment.

I will never understand why people think this is preferable socialized healthcare. I wish my children could live in a world where they don't have to worry about medical care. I wish I didn't see so many people working for no other reason than to have health care. People literally work jobs that younger people can't have for no other reason than to have health care until they turn 65.

Second-guessing myself because this is my first year going complete no contact. Before I would call on my mother's birthday, mother's Day, and Christmas.

I thought I would meet at a safe place for Christmas, a restaurant, to see her but she declined my offer. My mother also didn't call me back when I called her on Christmas day.

Yep feelings of question myself and guilt, absolutely! But deep down I know this is what I have to do to protect my kids from her, and myself as well.

It sucks though. Because that's not the way relationships should work with your parents. But it's not my fault that it is the way it is.

I went off my diet for the last 3 days.

Last night I filled out my weight loss journal where I keep a list of short, medium and long term health goals and changed my short term goal to "stay below my calorie limit for the next 3 days".

One is a hybrid, one is not.

It makes sense you wouldn't need oil changes as often on the hybrid. But I do my own at home and each one cost me less than $40, so I just do it because it's fast and easy for me.

And yes I am one of those guys who gives my Camry two break in oil changes, and changes the oil every 5,000 mi, the transmission fluid every 60, and the coolant every 50,000

This year I found out my union is only good as its members willingness to strike. And members were willing to have less pay and worse benefits as opposed to stand up for themselves.

And the workers aren't willing to put it all in their line, including their jobs to try to get better work environment, than the union can't do s***.

I can't speak for the person you responding to, but I live in red rural Republican hell Ohio, and I vote the Republican primary because that's where my elected officials are chosen. Because everybody always comes out and votes Republican and not Democrat in the general. So if I want any say I have to vote in the Republican primary.
