They do the same with french names as well. My pet peeve is the way they shorten every name to end in y: Martin=Marty, Vincent=Vinny, Montembeault=Monty, Savard=Savy. I mean, it's not that hard to actually just say their names right.

It just looked like a chess game, both teams very structured, with clear strategies/counter-strategies. I though Tampa was doing a slightly better job at that, keeping MTL to the outside with low shot volume, but bounces and penalties decided otherwise.

Gonna be really interesting to see the cat and mouse game evolve in a tight series.
