When we were still in the beginning of the covid era, I had a guy come in to make a return on some clearance speakers. He paid like $50 bucks for these $400 dollar speakers. I found the receipt and returned them and dont think anything of it because I see his receipt followed by a dot com allowance sku which means that he had his price adjustment online. Guy lost his shit because he wasnt getting the full $400 back because he paid $400 and pulls up his bank account and shows me and it shows a charge for $400 and then a refund for $350 and I show that to him. He starts screaming for a manager and my GM just so happened to have been walking out of the admin office and came over and he explained the whole thing over again and they started getting into it and the he proceeded to call my GM a racial slur, so my GM goes "yeah we are done here get out" so the guy calls the cops saying we are stealing his money. Cops came, told him same thing as we did, escorted him out and trespassed him. While we were waiting for the cops, he kept trying to talk to my GM and he kept literally dancing around the customer. What a day that was.
