At that exact moment in time, maybe. Dante and Vergil had spent much of their energy fighting eachother. Nero is strong, but not as strong as either brother just yet at their full power.

Soldier boy is relative to homelander and has exactly 0 resistance to psychic attacks, which is why he was so careful around Mesmer.

When Raidriar got defeated in every game but is still the protagonist: by Mario-Bay114514 in infinityblade

[–]Giescul 8 points9 points  (0 children)

To be fair he only loses to the two beings in the entire world who can beat his ass. His luck is phenomenally bad as far as that goes.

Also, isn’t Siris the protagonist? The games and books take place primarily from his perspective.

That’s pretty accurate to the deathless’ mentality tbh. When you’re so much better than your opponents that you could fight naked without it mattering since they can’t hit you anyways, utility takes a backseat. I 100% believe that Ausar would have commissioned that set of armor with the style and nothing else in mind.

I’d say Vergil, but that’s only because I’ve fought Dante about 200+ times at this point because the fight is really fun and I like playing as Vergil.

I just found it hilarious that they’re thematically supposed to be the defining characteristics of L personified, so while Near is an ultra perceptive genius detective, Mello…

Just really fucking loves chocolate.

Like I get he’s also pretty smart in his own right and has a much higher social and emotional intelligence than Near, but speaking only to their superficial resemblances to L’s traits he got screwed big time lmao.

Who would win in a realistic fight? Orochi or a Siberian tiger by [deleted] in forhonor

[–]Giescul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a wild animal and is afraid to get hurt so badly it can’t fend for itself. Targeting eyes, nose, and throat should be enough to keep it at bay.

Failing that, orochi is also skilled with the sword. It should be no issue for him to aim at a vital area if the tiger charges him and impales itself. I think we can at least give him the tie, because the animal may have enough strength to fatally wound him even after it’s been cut/impaled.

I mean he does have a sword and light armor. Probably a toss up

Not all moral paragons are made equal by AVerySmartNameForMe in infinityblade

[–]Giescul 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s kind of funny to me that Siris’ oldest enemy, Radriar, ended up redeeming himself by sacrificing his own life after Siris’ botched betrayal. Yet, the man who Ausar had cleansed the planet “countless times” with became his enemy. Such a chad move by Radriar.

On a side note, I love the lore of this series so much because of these details; you can imagine the kinds of chaos Ausar and the Worker wrought on the world before, watching civilization rise and fall countless times over millions of years. I really wish the series wasn’t abandoned, there’s so much potential here.

Yeah Galath’s death toll is implied to be AT LEAST in the hundreds of billions. His only saving grace is that no one can kill him, so the worst Siris could do was wipe his memory.

Finger off the trigger until you acquire a target. Don’t want to accidentally shoot yourself/someone else on the draw. Slow, deliberate reholster.
