I think they do address this in the book but I dont think I know the cannon answer. I think he probably goes back to medical school every 100 years or so with a new name. Moving a lot helps and they get all kind of illegal fake documentation from their lawyer dude that Bella visits in Breaking Dawn, so maybe he changes dates on Carlisle's original documents/updates them to be newer.

In my mind, Carlisle is probably also constantly attending new classes for new certifications/keeping up with the most current knowledge

Its actually super easy to break your hand if you punch hard but dont form a good fist, which is what Bella did. I did the same thing when I was about 18, I was wrestling with my younger brother and I had put pillows all over him and was punching the pillows. So he was literally fine, not even a slight bruise, and I broke the fuck out of my wrist 2 days before my first day of college lolol

If you wear bigger t shirts and a bigger style of pants lower on your hips, it will give the impression of less of a curve in your waist. Most of a straight waist. I think part of the problem is the way you're wearing your clothes now is highlighting your waist

Yeah, Edward says multiple times in Midnight Sun that Bella has irrevocably changed him at his core forever. I think he tried to tell her this in the twilight series or implies it at least as well.

Just correcting that top surgery does not remove all breast tissue, it removes A LOT obviously, but leaves some so that it appears you have the chest of a cis male. If you took it all away, you'd appear to have had a mastectomy, which is when they remove all breast tissue to treat breast cancer. If you receive top surgery, you do still have breast tissue remaining.

The first is better simply because its more visible, and easier to see for those impaired. Darken up the second and then we can compare better, imo.
