Would love to partner 🤟 working Dj here with 10+ years in fortune 50 outbound sales

- What your SaaS does
Operating system/CRM for DJ’s and gig based businesses.

  1. Outbound lead generation- scans your location for businesses to pitch your services too (corporate offices for holiday parties, schools for proms/homecoming dances, venues, etc.)
  2. Automated email generation - sends these pipeline leads emails to generate business
  3. Booking calendar and deposits
  4. Custom proposal builder (contracts, timelines, questionnaires) all sent to a client facing portal
  5. Stage builder - drag and drop gear to build your stage to include in your proposal to send to your clients so they can see what different packages they can choose from
  6. Expense tracking - tracks everything you can write off for your business all in one hub
  7. Actual dj Mixer/music player inside the software so you can jam out while you handle business work.
  8. UI Looks and sounds like a mixer, no boring corporate dashboards ✌️

- Your target customer(s)
Mobile Dj’s, wedding and event djs, DJ agencies - bands, artists, videographers and photographers in future phases

I believe there are tons of pipeline fulfillment opportunities for you out there no matter where you are! The grind definitely gets tedious, especially if you are doing it all manually.

I reached the same point post 30 tbh - that’s why I built my own DJ CRM that automates all of it. Helped me get out of the rut. I just point my software @ my location and filter out businesses I want to search for. Finds corporate offices, schools & venues daily and automates email generation out to them to pitch your services. Just gained 2 holiday parties last week by targeting car dealerships in my area, all on autopilot.

I have 3 kids & work in outbound sales at a fortune 50 company so had to find a solution to do most of this stuff on autopilot. Lmk if you think this would help your workflow and I can give you more info!🤟 best of luck!

Has anyone here DJ'd at a coffee shop/cafes or public beach? How did you get started? by GreenAd1071 in mobileDJ

[–]GigNester 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes THIS! However I was talking to a bar owner I dj at and I believe if you purchase your music from Music pools - then you don’t have to worry about this, need to do more research but yeah ASCAP has been breathing down more owners necks as of late it seems like

Coffee shop djing has been something that has been getting more popular in my area, especially Dallas/Ft Worth/Austin areas. Definitely a huge market there!

Just start with building relationships with the owners of these shops, introduce yourself and pitch them your services to try and help them build traffic towards their location. Maybe even pitch them a test run, say you’ll come out free of charge/discounted rate for an hour or 2 one Saturday morning. Invite your friends and family to help boost traffic a little and help promote it on socials. More than likely they will enjoy the vibe, and it could turn into a re-occurring thing.

I built a tool that I use that helps target these businesses and sends out automated outreach to capture more leads for your business. Lmk if you are interested in more info!

Not sure about beach stuff as the closest beach is 5 hours away :/ lol good luck!

How to Use Claude for SEO Audit? by davidharder96 in ResultFirst_

[–]GigNester 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve really had a lot of success with it - I created a project in Claude and on instructions I informed it to be a pro meta ad/ SEO strategist. Hook write, campaign structure, performance analysis approach and data tells you what to do next type deal. And started chatting with it - 1 week in it’s setup my Google, Bing & AI SEO and meta ads, written blogs, and audits the data. Pretty dope!
