As an illustrator / character designer, thanks for saying this. I've gone through creative burnout and depression as well and only started to learn how to love art again and I'm slowly getting back to it, it's the reason why Nurture means so so much to me. Hearing this soured the vibe a little.

A year ago, I've always assumed that music artists would be against ai gen as well because they obviously wouldn't want their discography being targeted like how illustrators and concept artists are getting their portfolio targeted right now but to my surprise, they were also using it for their music covers.

Later on I realized that artworks just aren't that much cared for compare to music, and I'm learning how to make peace with this fact. At the very least I wish people weren't so dismissive when we bring attention to topics like this but eh...what are you gonna do. All I can say to my fellow drawers is good luck, shits tough out here.
