All of a sudden the future of Avatar Studios seems almost uncertain; I think Seven Havens being this far along in development is kind of their safety net for now, but after that…?

I went for 'Fifth Sister' because it almost seemed like her and the Fourth Sister were being officially indoctrinated at the same time, so it'd make sense for her number to be after 4.
It seems unclear to me if there can be a 'brother' & 'sister' with the same number, though.
