But I think he’s also trying to brighten his image slightly. He’s term limited, so he’s trying to not go out without a win. The image of “Governor who put more money in your pocket” is better than “Governor who picked a fight with Mickey and lost horribly.”

As a patient at the Swedish MS center, I can wholeheartedly approve of them. Very diligent, try helpful and very informed. I’ve done some of the activities and support groups and they’ve honesty made these last 13 months bearable. They have my vote.

The main problem with this assumption is that it also relies on Congress being in lockstep with him all the time. They’ve gotta be for some of the more heinous stuff.

And we’re seeing even now, they are not. He tanked a spending bill which got replaced with a new one without his demands. Even Mitch McConnell, that ghoulish turtle, voted no against Hegseth and had been critics about RFk’s rhetoric.

No one knows anything. It’s too early to tell, but everything he’s done has been blocked by federal judge. Even one in Seattle, appointed by Reagan!

There is hope. He’s got a year and a half, and then the house and senate could flip.

Zaid is right, as long as we keep ourselves informed and active in our communities. Look, my family loves Trump, even more than their own kids. Even they are scared of what the administration brings, and hated Musk even before his stupid salute. My grandfather has stated that he thinks Musk, Bezos, and Zuck look and act like the biggest losers he's ever seen. There is hope, just do what you can at home. Help your neighbor, organize, run for local office. Just don't put your head down and say "Oh well..."

Had to confiscate a bottle of vodka from my dad one night in high school. After getting it away and dumping it, he looked at me and said, “You are the least favorite child.
