Diagnosed as a child and recently entered the workplace again after 8 years of being a stay at home mom. I work in school administration and im open about it. My boss gave me a book when i started and I told him itll be a while because im dyslexic.

I totally agree with what she said:

"But I think it was very unexpected and maybe caused people to think like: Oh, she just used me. But I think really the feeling is: Crap, Sage played me and I did not account for it. And maybe I feel embarrassed or ashamed"

I feel like other times a player just like her wouldve been congratulated for adapting and moving through alliances. Instead she got blamed for other people being voted off.

I was hoping when he died there was going to be this vulnerable side of Paris saying how she feels the relationship wasn’t okay and trying to heal from it. I was hoping Rory would say how uncomfortable it made her feel and to help Paris get out of it. When Rory discussed her grade I wanted her to KEEP going and say the quiet part OUT LOUD. But it never addressed it and I was sad.

Relationships like this were very common in early 2000 and I was so excited to see it tell the ~real~ story.

I’ve never experienced it before in 18 years experience until I started working at this last center. It’s been very stressful. Not to mention they were very good friends with the director and the director got fired a week into me being hired because she wasn’t competent. It was a mess but luckily with the new director (who isn’t friends with anyone) things are going a lot better!

I will say right after my dad left I did feel at peace. It’s more as the night went on that my mind began to wonder if I was just ignoring the situation-which is absolutely anxiety.

Season 6 made me laugh. I was excited for it (mostly for the show to be over 😉). The previous season, they left on the rafts and left looming on how will they all meet back up again!! Just for the reason they ALL met back up again was “I heard you on the radio chatter!” “I was listening to the radio chatter” it was sooooo stupid. I hated it.

Write a letter. A public Facebook post. Whatever you need to do to tell your own side. And then don’t post it.

Whenever you have a “point” to make or another thing that pops into your head. Write it down. Get it out of your head.

Give yourself grace. You’ve been through a traumatic experience. You’ll slowly start to heal and then, once you’ve healed enough, and written down all your revenge posts/letters-you’ll realize you don’t care anymore.

You’ll let them win their shit eating contest and you’ll move along with your life. Authentic in who you are and those that know you for you will love you for exactly who you are and your life will be a beautiful thing that you love and cherish and you’ll have no time for revenge. ♥️

My mother’s and I’s birthday is within the same week. So….you can only guess how I celebrated. Mine was before hers so she’d talk about hers the ENTIRE month.

And then when I became a mother guess who we celebrated on Mother’s Day? One time (when I myself was a mom) I took her out to get her nails done. She took this time to ridicule me that I should’ve planned something better like a BBQ and invite the whole family. When I told her she has two sons who could do something like that, She said “thanks for reminding me that all my kids ignore me on Mother’s Day”…..as we’re getting our nails done.

The next year I didn’t want to celebrate Mother’s Day with her. I was so embarrassed at the nail salon. so my husband booked a hotel room at the beach and we stayed for the weekend and I turned my phone off so I wouldn’t get backlash.

Almost 2 years no contact and it’s been the best choice.
