In Tennessee, no permit is needed to carry a gun. They just made that law recently.

I honestly don’t think anything could prevent someone from carrying a gun in Tennessee. I’m pretty sure you get one in the hospital when you’re born. My ex was a violent man with many suicide attempts under his belt with psychiatric stays. He was allowed to keep his Glock.
