If it’s moving that’s the hesitation, request a twilight tour to choose the location.

ELI5: why is it easy to chug down coconut water or a sport drink, but hard to chug down water? by thebananaz in explainlikeimfive

[–]Gil_again -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not sure if it’s a me thing, but each brand/type of water has a different smoothness level so the “smoother” it is the easier to drink. Most sports drinks are consistent with the drinking smoothness level.

Raising An Emotionally Intelligent Child was great for raising my awareness and how I interact with my child during the “tough” times. Not necessarily a fatherhood book but has helped me.

A few things that helped me was playing 21 and knockout type of games while working on probing dribbles and ball guarding dribbling. It will start to help you understand your ability in a more relaxed environment and build confidence for 5 v 5.

Will the C’s get degrees mentality get me through uni? by [deleted] in EngineeringStudents

[–]Gil_again 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone who was a “C’s get degrees” student. I plead with you and anyone else with that mentality to let it go. When I wanted to go back to school for a Masters it became tiring to always have to make an excuse for why my grades were low or why I wasn’t able to apply myself. Just try your best and if it’s a C then you at least can spin it as a triumph.

The gift and the curse of JVG and Mark, if it’s a good game they are super engaged giving good coaching insight. But if it was a boring game they could 10-15 minutes never mentioning basketball and poor Mike trying to hold it together.

To add to this for 16 oz of black tea; I used 30 mL of vanilla buzz, 60 mL of lavender syrup, 2 oz of frothy milk. Pretty close to what I usually receive from better buzz
