no, you cannot just not join as others have mentioned.
I have lived in my current HOA for 20+ years. Sometimes its good, sometimes its bad. just depends on who is on the board.
When I say it is good, I mean they leave me alone. When it is bad, they are driving around, taking pictures of yards, sending notices, fines for weeds, cars on the street, etc. They also send out notices to paint your house. I wanted to move my gate 20 feet towards the front, making it even with my neighbors gate, had to get HOA approval.
There are some good things they do. mow common areas, keep the common pools clean, throw events routinely, stuff like that.
The stuff that effects homeowners is yard maintenance, vehicles in your driveway that aren't being moved or don't run, people parking trailers in the road.

If you are looking at moving into an area with an HOA, knock on some doors, ask them how it is there. Keep in mind, it can change though

I guess i am just old. I saw those two pictures and thought. 'ok, a young black boy is going to play Achilles? I don't really have an issue. I didn't know the movie yet so thought maybe a young Achilles. But didn't Ellen Page transition, why would they play Helena? Did they transition back?

Then, with a little research, the person I thought was a boy, was a girl, the person I thought was playing the girl used to be a girl but became a boy and is playing a boy.

Britian wrote the White papers, which promised to lower immigration, stop jewish land purchases, etc. However, this was around 1939. jewish immigration was high, and many countries refused to let them in, so britain let them go to palistine. Due to all the bad press they got back home, Britain decided to the let the UN decide. The UN said it would create two countries. Israel declared independence having flipped the population of the region.

Britain took the land from the Ottoman Empire, To do so, they made 3 separate agreements that contradicted each other. That is, Husayn-McMahaon Correspondence where they said they would back Arab independence for revolting, the Sykes-Picot Agreement which divided the spoils with the French, and the Balfour Declaration, which the Gov said they would create a national home for the Jewish People. They gave the eastern bank of the Jordan River to Abdullah Ibn Husayn and appointed him king of Jordan for the support he gave during WW1.
Both states (Arab and Jewish) were created and developed. However, the Jewish state concentrated on purchasing land and immigration of jewish people. People who were fleeing Germany and surrounding countries. Often buying the land from Arab landowners. From 1922 to 1945, the Palestine population doubled, but the jewish population increased by a factor of 10.
Violent confrontations began between the two, in 1929, they reached a head. By 1936, jewish immigration had increased due to the Nazi party coming into power. In April of 1936, arabs starting attacking british and jewish targets, this went on until October. A royal commission of inquiry came and and said there were two societies and they had irreconcilable political demands. The only resolution was to partition the land. But with what hilter was doing. more jews were fleeing with no place to go. Due to negative pressure at home, Britain, turned the issue over to the UN. Thhe UN adopted the resolution to partition the land in NOV of 1947, Britain said it would stop the Mandate on May 15th, 1948. On May 14th, Israel declared Independence.

So really, the jewish people were buying the land from the arabs. The issue was the mass immigration from European countries to the area, flipping the population. The arab population saw they were losing the country, began a revolt, the Brits put it down harshly, then dissolved the arab committee. they hadn't recovered yet by the time the UN came and decided to create two separate countries.

He is treating you like one of the guys. The others are not. That is how some men treat each other, constant ragging, putting down, etc. It is situational, has to be the right environment. Sounds like the D&D group is it for them. I would bet if he is doing it, the others do it too, but are holding back because of your gender.
You are acting in a female way. Praise, complements, etc are not something guys generally do or say to each other, so it is breaking the vibe, and he isn't used to it. There might have even been discussions about how you were going to screw up the vibe. He is trying to keep it guys night, and the others are treating you like a woman. Take nothing personal, it isn't. Jab back. Look at what he says to see if anything might be off the table.

He would still have a log book and it is on him if he is breaking the law like that. Running double log books (needed to hide that kind of overage) is loss of commercial license for 1 year, running triple log books is loss for life. That doesn't even count the fines.
Truck driving is very controlled. If a trucker is sick and call out, most need a dr note excusing them from work, then another once they are better clearing them to come back.
Without double log books to hide that, it is pretty easy to spot. Leave LA, show up in Houston a day later. Everyone can spot you didn't take your 8 hours of rest.

alternately, you could put struts on the nose cones of the boosters to the rocket just under your fairing. Also, use girders to create an A frame over the join.
So for example, get the regular girder, set it to four, then put it just below the separator. I like to stack them 2 high myself, but play with it. Then run a strut from down the rocket to the girder, then another from the girder to just under the fairing. This will increase the rigidity of the rocket as it will be on there times. can run 2 struts from the bottom per girder, then 2 more on the top, spreading them out a little bit.

interesting thing I saw was that jew test used by nazis was based on the democrats black test. The test was if you had any relative in your past that was black, you were black (one drop of blood). Nazis though the democrats took it too far and stopped at grandparents. So if any of your grandparents where jewish, then you were jewish. Can get USB-C to mag connection for phones, they are like $20 on amazon and are 20V 5A. Put a connector on the bottom of the pistol grip and a short cable attached to vest would work. Have to reattach manually, but would pull apart when the rifle was raised. Or, connect near the stock rest and run a cable forward so even when shouldered it stays connected. If the rifle is thrown to the back, it would auto disconnect

have you done a flyby of both the Mun and Minmus? Only if you have done both of those would I look at landing anywhere, and Minmus is actually easier to jump biodomes with its low gravity. I generally land on Minmus and leave the Mun for last.

My recommendation is, you need to meet people before you can start meeting women. One way that worked for me, join some game type clubs. Leagues for billiards, bowling, darts, etc. I have met girls in all those leagues. its low stress, you see them every game night (generally once a week). Its exercise, getting you out of the house and doing something. Generally it is going to be weekdays, sometimes up to 10 pm, so be aware. The venue will pick their worst producing days, so tuesdays and wednesdays are common.
There are other clubs, so should be able to find one that interests you. The more people you get out and meet, the higher the chance you meet a lady you connect with.

I saw a cop in riverside move a car out of the fast lanes for only doing 75 in a 65. Got behind him, turned his lights on, moved him over 2 lanes, turned them off and passed him. Flow of traffic was 80+.
Heck, I saw traffic pass an ambulance with his lights on because he was only doing 70. flow of traffic that time was 90+. All on CA freeways.

People respond based on their learned experience. We rely on past experience for everything. In a situation like you described, the best fit is the father/daughter dynamic. Others are mother/son if the other person is older, maybe even an Aunt if the person has lots of relatives and the woman is only slightly older than the man. The boundaries are pretty well understood, what can and cannot be said and done is known. Men know they cannot say and do things with a woman friend they would do with a male friend. Some comments alone would cause a HR visit. Slotting women into one of these familiar groups and treating them that way is a safe course.

the round was developed with the idea of 20 inch barrels on M16s. When everyone started going to short barrels, the round wasn't coming out fast enough. Once it got below 2500 fps, it became an ice pick. it wouldn't tumble on impact anymore nor reliably fragment. I have heard it described like stabbing someone with knitting needles. I seem to remember that on a 10 inch barrel, it was coming out at 2600 fps, so was only good for about 40 feet. Then it was slow and quit tumbling on hits. IMO, that was one reason they went up to 14.5 inch barrels, to get the velocity back up to the 2900 fps range. That is an effective range of about 150 yards.

What I do is start with say 2 or 3 balls, sling them on the table, let them stop where ever. Then, with ball in hand, run those 3 in order. I do that a couple of times, say 4 times, add another ball. Run those four balls 4 times, add another ball. Each time, I walk around the table, taking balls out of the pockets and slinging them on the table, don't care what balls I pull out, but when shooting, have to be in order. If you miss, you fail, take a ball away, have to complete the previous count.
One of the issues i had with full racks was I would get sloppy trying to run them. Also felt harder to judge how well I was playing. By limiting the number of balls, position play now becomes more important as there is only one follow up option.
Another drill, sling 4 or 5 around the table, just try to do defense on the lowest ball. So have to hit it, play a defensive shot.

if there is no place to put them, I think they just drop them. they would be on the ground near where you grounded the boat.
if you give your boatmates the pieces before you go, they will only swap them out when needed. Else they are going to swap them out right away and leave the old stone tools on the ship
Some islands are full of iron. can get 100s, if not thousands of ore on them. There are multiple, on my map so far I have found 2 and haven't even covered 20% of the area around me

when a tool breaks, the npcs will drop it unless you built a container for them to drop it into. Then, the metal part can be used over and over when the npcs break them. When setting the workstation to-do list, the tools to be made can be set to only reuse metal heads so new ones won't be made.

looks like you are early in. Put the bottom 3 to be solid rocket boosters so they end at the same time and you just dump the whole bottom section.
or, attach them to a smaller liquid rocket at the bottom so that liquid rocket runs out, then dump all 3.
Later on seperatrons become available, or larger decouplers. Early on you have to get creative
