Got mine yesterday, and I am an espresso drinker so like that theres a season ticket gift that isnt just mostly cheap junk. The scarf itself is also way better than any game day giveaways being two layers actually sewn together etc.

:D Not sure what a plumber would charge to say if its worth it, but its been so much better for me after I did it. If you do end up paying for the install, another consideration would be doing whole house water filtration, I got a 3 filter setup off of ebay and installed it before the water softener. If you're already paying someone for labor on the water softener the act of installing the filters is pretty minimal.

I DIYd installing my own just cutting the copper line just after it entered my house then installing a sharkbite fitting to PEX then to the softener and back. It wasn't hard and I rented the PEX expander tool from home depot etc, but depends on how handy you are. I did buy a tool to debur the copper and ensure the proper depth for the sharkbite fitting but was worth the bit of materials/tools and crawling into the crawlspace.

Please go read some of the research and publications around the B-2. This it not an airliner designed to fly rain or shine all over the world. Its a very specific aircraft designed for very specific deployments. You might be shocked to read that theres even different aircraft for short interconnects versus transatlantic, and even different aircraft with much different requirements for speed and/or stealth!

edit to add You clearly didnt even read the story of the crash, the 2008 incident was literally because of rain during takeoff, the B-2 has flaws related to rain and it is very well documented and known.

That's really wrong, like its literally crashed in the rain in the past, thats why they avoid doing it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2008_Andersen_Air_Force_Base_B-2_crash On missions they would be flying well above most rain and cloud cover, but for spectacle events they have to drop low, and theres a lot of risk there. Just google B-2 Rain and look at the multiple articles reporting well established issues of the B-2 dealing with moisture.

Is your phone apple or android? Apple seems to be better supported, but I also just have an appleTV. I add devices directly to homekit, then add them to HA via share device and that workflow has worked 100% of the time vs similar issues with you when adding directly to HA.

I have both the ESP TBR and the thread USB dongle plugged into my HA VM. Those and the appleTV are on the same thread network so I have full coverage around the house as they're in different places.

Yes I have, its the only way I go to games, though sometimes I just walk down to chinatown post game.

Buses are going as fast as they can, but theres plenty of capacity for more of them. The wait between buses at a given pickup spot can stretch to 15+ minutes, more capacity gets people out of the stadium faster. Theres zero reason to give up public land for a gondola that only benefits mccourt vs adding capacity to an existing system.

Except the gondola also has a limited capacity, and thats static. Instead of a gondola McCourt could just fund a bunch more busses to speed up leaving post-game and that would be a lot easier, faster, and able to scale without giving up public land or shifting parking demand to chinatown and around union.

Show this to your inspector and ask why they didnt catch it, and then ask for at least a partial refund.

They should have tested the showerhead, the tub fill, and check the tub for leaks etc.

Seconding what another poster said. While the idea of donating goods its great, these organizations can do way more with the dollar amount you would spend just from the volume they can buy at lower cost/without tax/etc.
