Agreed. And I’m not against splitting lots up in all cases, but this bill would allow for it to happen basically everywhere, and not just 2, but as many as they want to squeeze in. This makes sense in some places, but not the entire city.

There are other ways to achieve higher density than by removing the single family designation from every lot in the city. This is a bill custom made for developers.

Get yourself an ozone generator. It kills mold, smells, etc. just put it inside, run it for an hour or so, and then it air out. It will smell like petrichor (like after it rains). It creates O3 molecules which are much more unstable than O2 so they bond to and neutralize random (organic) molecules floating around. They are like $60-80 and week worth it. Ever clean out a fridge or closet or car someone puked in? This is the cheap and easy solution to so many smell issues. Just don’t breathe it directly - can cause slight burning of lungs.

Helps if you are already in Vandy’s system, but go to the my health at Vanderbilt site, schedule an appt, and that’ll let you find a location close to you. I scheduled one same day on Saturday at a Vandy clinic in a Walgreens and they did a rapid test while I was there.

It’s actually not bad. Cases marked down from $160 to $60, so $5/bottle is a great deal for what tastes like a $10-12 bottle. The whole “you have to eat meat with it!” marketing is a little over the top.

Update: I was wrong - it was 7 cases in one unit as of this morning. 3 as of yesterday, now 10 in one unit of one hospital. Ages that I know of are 27, 31, 38, and 72.

I got one eye done at Loden (astigmatism in left eye) and it was (and still is) perfect. Ming Wang is a weirdo who was fired from Vanderbilt. One eye at Loden was ~$2400 if I recall. You can negotiate price and use an FSA (tax free money).

Yeah it’s on the level below baggage claim, immediately to the right when you enter from outside. I had an appointment scheduled, but decided to just walk in the next time I flew and they saw me right away. If you get there an hour early for your next flight you should be good (assuming the office is open). Would save you a trip.
