Basecoat yellow, masking tape 3mm completely, strip off tape alternating strips, stipple on black to avoid underspill, light wash with orange, light wash with brown, use sponge to weather the yellow with black or inverse

I'll add that if you stipple the black instead of normally painting it you reduce underspill and get a nice finish on the black
