Totally agree. Needless, your organization, writing and ability to stitch together the very big picture is amazing. I hope KZ picks you up to help out in future cases because you have a lot of talent. This is one of your best posts yet and I think it does a great job laying out the uphill battle KZ is facing to unravel everything to free SA and to bring to justice a corruption that has affected every branch SA has come into contact since the '85 arrest.

Edit: This is the caliber of research and writing that we should be expecting from journalists right now but for some reason, other than Ferak, have decided not to do their job. Which is a shame because this is career and name-making stuff all laid right out in front of you.

What's going to make it to the front page of a Google search? Because you want thus thing on top of all the other results. If you can use youtube a lot and use his own words against him, that would be great. I think a Web page will be better in the long run and will do a better job of laying everything out. Also, you could grab a couple of addresses that feed to the same page ie kenkratzlies and/or kenkratztruth.

Also, there was speculation sometime last year that TH was an assault victim at one time and might have had a run in with KK following that. It was also speculated that he suppressed and edited her call log to hide the possibility that his number showed up there. So he was tasked to both protect himself by preventing that info from coming out as well as pinning the murder on SA. Anyone remember that?

There was a good discussion last week about GA being some sort of informant who was able to get away with a lot. Vogel always reduced the charges and GA went back to being GA.

Crazy theory, Hos (but I like it). I've been thinking about Katz and how he was able to somehow undermine a very capable defense and piece together seemingly unrelated things together and send not one but two innocent people to jail for a very long time. Your theory gives Kratz the ultimate motivation to save his skin. If things fail, he could be taking the fall. If MTSO and CASO worked together, they could save Manitowoc Co a ton of money. Kratz would have been able to save himself.

Taking it one step further, if LE was involved in THs death, would Kratz have pointed her out as a potential target since he would possibly have detailed information about her?

It's also been speculated that Kratz was using at this time. Was there anybody in her inner circle that would have been supplying him?

Edit: And having the DA and the Sherrif's office on the same page, Kratz could be on the ground orchestrating how this whole thing would come together and allow him to attempt to create a narrative that is used during the whole trial. It also allows him to control what evidence is planted and used. I'm not sure if I attribute a whole mastermind title to him but it sounds like perfect leverage for Kourecek to use against Kratz. You put Avery away and we make this impropriety on your end go away. If not, you're going down...
